Section Officer (Non-Technical) First Phase Written Exam Center Notice
This notice has been published to inform all concerned that the examination centers have been determined for the first phase written examination of the Section Officer or equivalent (Non-Technical) position under the Nepal Foreign Service, Gazetted Third Class (Non-Technical), Central Office of the Public Service Commission (PSC), under advertisement no. 16701-16707/081-82 (Open and Inclusive), through a joint and integrated examination system. The candidates who submitted online applications and selected Pokhara as their exam center will attend the first phase exam at the designated venues as mentioned below.

Important Notes

If an unexpected public holiday is declared on the exam day, the exam will not be postponed without prior notice from the Commission.

Mobile phones and electronic devices are strictly prohibited inside the exam building.

Candidates must arrive at the exam center at least one hour before the exam starts.

Calculators are not allowed during the objective multiple-choice examination.

Only black ink pens must be used during the exam.

Candidates must bring their admit card to enter the exam building.

Candidates must bring either their original Nepali citizenship certificate or any government-issued photo identification.

Candidates requiring a support writer must submit a written request with reason and supporting documents as per Rule 68(1) of the Public Service Commission Regulation, 2079, at least 10 days before the exam date.

All candidates must follow the Examination Operation and Management Standards, 2077 in case of special pandemic situations.
