Public Service Commission, Baglung Office – Notice of Exam Centers for First Phase Written Examination of Khardar or Equivalent (Non-Technical) Post, Advertisement No. 13452–13457/081–082 (Open and Inclusive).
The Public Service Commission, Baglung Office, has published this notice to inform all concerned about the first phase of the competitive written examination for the non-technical post of Khardar or equivalent of Gazetted Second Class. The examination will be conducted at the Baglung examination center under the Joint and Integrated Examination System.
Candidates whose online application forms were approved will appear for the exam as per the predetermined schedule below.
Candidates requiring a scribe must apply with valid documents and reasons, in accordance with Rule 68(1) of the Public Service Commission Rules, 2079, at least 10 days before the examination date.

The exam schedule will not be postponed without prior notice from the Commission.

No candidate will be allowed to sit for the exam without the admission card. Along with the admit card, candidates must bring an original copy of their Nepali citizenship certificate or any government-issued photo identification.

Candidates must arrive at the exam center at least one hour before the exam starts.

Mobile phones, smartwatches, or any other electronic devices are strictly prohibited inside the exam hall. Use of calculators is not allowed.

Only black ink pens or dot pens are allowed. Pencils are not permitted for answering.

Candidates must fully comply with instructions provided by exam staff.

Candidates must attend the exam only at the center assigned to them.

Leaving the exam hall is not allowed until the answer sheet is submitted.
