
Written Exam Center Notice for Computer Operator Post
Public Service Commission, Kathmandu Office, hereby publishes the exam center notice for the Computer Operator post under Advertisement Nos. 12038–12040/081–82 (Open and Inclusive Categories). This post falls under the Federal Parliament Service, Information Technology Group, Gazette Unnumbered First Class (Technical).
The exam will be held at the Kathmandu exam center for candidates whose applications have been accepted.
Candidates requiring an assistant writer must apply in advance with supporting documents and justification as per Rule 68(1) of the Public Service Commission Rules, 2079. The application must be submitted at least 10 days before the exam date.
All examinees must strictly follow the instructions listed under Notice Point 1 below.

Exams will not be postponed unless officially announced by the Commission.

Use black ink only. Pencils are not permitted in objective answer sheets.

For multiple-choice questions, write answers using capital English letters (A, B, C, D).

Only candidates approved for the Kathmandu exam center will be allowed to take the exam.

Bringing bags, mobile phones, smartwatches, or any electronic devices is prohibited. Calculators are not allowed during the objective test.

Candidates must bring their admit card and an official photo ID (citizenship or government-issued photo identification).

Candidates must manage their own face masks, hand sanitizers, and drinking water due to health precautions.
