Special Chance Examination Form Submission Notice
Tribhuvan University, Faculty of Management, Office of the Dean, Kirtipur, Kathmandu, announces that candidates whose maximum programme duration (two-year: five years; three-year: six years; four-year: seven years) expired by 2024 in the following programmes are eligible to sit the special Chance Examination in Shrawan 2082:

Form Submission Instructions
Candidates must attend their campus or college in person to complete the examination form. Clearly list each session and subject for which you wish to sit. Attach required examination documents and fee vouchers as detailed below. Submit forms to the relevant campus or college by 2082 / 02 / 20.
Campus Submission Requirements
Campus or college offices must, by 2082 / 02 / 26, organise received forms into separate files by semester, sort by examination roll number, and prepare aggregate student details forms as per the sample on the Examination Division website (fomecd.edu.np). Send the signed aggregate student details form and an electronic copy to [email protected].

Forms submitted after the deadline or incomplete will not be processed. Detailed examination timetables will be published later.

Grade Sheet Attachment

Attach a copy of the grade sheet from any regular, carry-over, or absent subject examinations. Forms without this attachment will be rejected.
Form Availability and Fee Deposit

Examination forms are available from the Examination Division, Faculty of Management.

Deposit fees at Nepal Bank Limited, Kirtipur Branch, Faculty of Management account No. 045-001-00099066000001. Attach the original voucher (distinct for each programme) to the form.
Candidate Responsibilities
-
Complete forms accurately, listing session, subjects, exam roll number, specialisation and elective subject codes where applicable. Once submitted, forms cannot be amended.
