Public Service Commission Kathmandu Office, Notice Regarding Designated Exam Center for Sub-Engineer (B&A) Written Examination.
The Public Service Commission, Kathmandu Office, informs all concerned that the written examination for the Sub-Engineer post under Advertisement No. 12009/081/82 (Open Category)—Nepal Engineering Service, Civil Group, Building and Architecture Subgroup, Gazetted First Class (Technical)—will be conducted at the Kathmandu exam center for approved candidates. The examination will be held on the specified date, time, and venue mentioned below.
Candidates who require an assistant writer must submit an application with a valid reason and supporting documents as per Rule 68 (1) of the Public Service Commission Rules, 2079. This application must be submitted at least 10 days before the examination date.
All candidates must strictly follow the instructions listed under Note 1 below.

Note 1: Important Exam Instructions

The examination will not be postponed without prior notice from the Commission.

Only black ink is allowed in the exam. Use of a pencil in objective answer sheets is prohibited.

For multiple-choice questions, answers must be written in capital letters (A, B, C, D) in English only.

Only candidates approved for the Kathmandu exam center will be allowed to sit for the exam.

Bags, mobile phones, smartwatches, and other electronic devices are not allowed in the exam hall. Calculators are not allowed for the objective test.

Candidates must bring their admit card along with a citizenship certificate or any valid photo ID issued by the Government of Nepal.

Due to contagious diseases, candidates are advised to bring face masks, sanitizer, and drinking water on their own.
