PSC Exam Centers Announced for First Phase Written Examination – Officer Level (Non-Technical)

The Public Service Commission, Central Office, has published the exam center notice for Advertisement Numbers 16701–16707/2081-82 (Open/Inclusive) under the joint and integrated examination system. This is for the post of Officer Level or Equivalent (Non-Technical), Gazetted Third Class, Nepal Foreign Service. The written exam (first phase) will be held at designated centers in Kathmandu for the candidates whose applications have been accepted.

Candidates who require an assistant writer must submit an application along with valid documents and reasons in accordance with Rule 68 (1) of the Public Service Commission Regulations, 2079. The application must be submitted at least 10 days before the exam date.

Note 1: Important Exam Guidelines for Candidates

  • Exams will not be postponed without prior notice from the Commission.

  • Only black ink dot pens may be used on the OMR answer sheet.

  • Bags, mobile phones, smartwatches, and other electronic devices are strictly prohibited in the exam hall, as are calculators.

  • Entry without an admit card is not permitted. Candidates must arrive at the exam venue at least 1 hour before the exam starts.

  • Candidates must bring their citizenship certificate or a government-issued ID with a photo and an admit card.

  • Due to contagious diseases, candidates must arrange their own masks, hand sanitizer, and drinking water.
