Public Service Commission, Kathmandu Office, Anamnagar, Kathmandu, Notice Regarding Designated Exam Centers for First Phase Written Examination for Kharidar or Equivalent Positions.

This notice has been published to inform all concerned that the First Phase Written Examination under Advertisement No. 11914–11920 for FY 2081/82 (Open and Inclusive), Joint and Integrated Examination System for the Gazetted Non-Technical Second Class, Kharidar or Equivalent Position, will be held at the Kathmandu examination center for applicants whose applications have been approved.

The examination will be conducted on the specified date and time at the designated buildings listed below. Additionally, candidates requiring an assistant writer must submit an application at this office at least ten (10) days before the exam date, as per Rule 68(1) of the Public Service Commission Regulations, 2079, along with valid reasons and supporting documents.

Candidates must compulsorily follow the instructions listed under "Note 1" at the end of this notice.

Note 1: Exam Guidelines

1. Exams will not be postponed without prior notice from the Commission.

2. Only black ink dot pens are to be used on OMR answer sheets.

3. Bags, mobile phones, smartwatches, or other electronic devices are not allowed in the exam hall. Calculators are prohibited.

4. No candidate will be allowed to appear in the exam without an admit card. Candidates must reach the exam hall at least one hour prior to the scheduled time.

5. Only candidates assigned to the Kathmandu center will be allowed to attend this exam.

6. Candidates must carry a valid ID card with a photo issued by the Government of Nepal, along with the admit card.

7. Due to contagious diseases, candidates must bring their own masks, sanitizers, and drinking water.
