Written Exam Center Notification for First Phase – Kharidar or Equivalent Non-Technical Post
The Surkhet Office of the Public Service Commission announces the written examination schedule for candidates whose applications have been approved under Advertisement No. 14756–14761/081–82 (Open/Inclusive) for the Non-Technical Second Class (Kharidar or equivalent) post under the joint and integrated examination system. The exam will be held at designated centers in Surkhet and Humla as per the previously published schedule. This notice is intended for all concerned.
Candidates requiring an assistant writer must submit a written request along with supporting documents, explaining the necessity for such support. The request should be submitted to this office at least 10 days prior to the examination date, in accordance with Rule 68(1) of the Public Service Commission Regulations, 2079.

Exam Guidelines

The exam will proceed as per the schedule unless otherwise notified officially.

Candidates must carry their admit card and arrive at least one hour before the exam starts. If a duplicate card is needed, it must be collected from the office at least one day prior.

A valid Nepali citizenship certificate or a government-issued photo ID must be presented; otherwise, participation will be denied.

Follow all instructions given by the exam staff without exception.

Bags, mobile phones, and other electronic devices are strictly prohibited inside the exam premises.

Only black ink pens or dot pens are allowed.

The exam will use a multiple-choice OMR answer sheet format.

Unruly or inappropriate behavior inside the exam hall or restroom will not be tolerated.
