Public Service Commission Kathmandu Office (Examination Branch), Notice Regarding Designated Examination Centers for Written Examination.
The Public Service Commission, Kathmandu Office, has published this notice to inform all concerned about the written examination schedule and designated centers for candidates whose applications have been accepted for Advertisement No. 11908–11912/081-82 (Open and Inclusive), under the National Human Rights Service, Administration, and Accounts Group, Assistant First Class (Non-Technical)—Human Rights Assistant and Accountant positions. The written exam will be conducted on the following dates and times at the exam centers based in Kathmandu.
Candidates requiring a supportive writer must submit a request with valid reason and supporting documents to this office no later than 10 (ten) days before the exam date, as per Rule 68(1) of the Public Service Commission Regulations, 2079.
Important instructions that all candidates must follow are mentioned below in Note 1.

Note 1: Instructions for Candidates

The written examination will proceed as scheduled even if an unexpected public holiday is declared.

Candidates must use only a black ink dot or a fountain pen in the answer sheets.

Carrying bags, mobile phones, smartwatches, or other electronic devices to the exam center is strictly prohibited.

The admit card is required for entry to the exam hall. Candidates must arrive at the exam center at least one hour before the start of the exam.

Candidates must bring a government-issued ID with a photo (e.g., citizenship card) and the admit card.

Candidates must appear only at the designated exam centers per their roll numbers.

Due to contagious diseases, candidates must arrange their masks, sanitizers, and drinking water if necessary.
