The Public Service Commission, Mahendranagar Office, Kanchanpur, announces the exam centers for the first phase competitive written examination for the post of Khardar or equivalent (Non-Gazetted Second Class, Non-Technical) under the joint and integrated examination system. Candidates who submitted approved online applications will attend the exam as per the details below.

Note 1 – Candidate Instructions

• Only black ink pens or dot pens are allowed on the answer sheet.

• No candidate will be allowed to attend the exam without an admit card. Along with the admit card, candidates must bring a valid photo identification issued by the Government of Nepal or their citizenship certificate.

• Candidates must arrive at their designated exam center at least one hour before the exam begins.

• Mobile phones, smartwatches, calculators, or any electronic devices are strictly prohibited in the exam hall.

• Even if the exam date falls on an unexpected holiday, the exam will proceed as scheduled unless the Commission provides an official notice.

• Candidates are not allowed to appear at any center other than the one assigned to them.
