Exam Center Notice – Nayab Subba Second Phase
The Public Service Commission, Dhankuta Office, has issued this notice regarding Advertisement No. 10001–10006/081-82 (Open and Inclusive) under Nepal Administration Service, Accounts Group, Gazetted Third Class (Non-Technical), for the position of Nayab Subba or equivalent.
Candidates who passed the first phase competitive written examination from the Diktel, Khotang center are informed that the second phase written examination will be conducted on the scheduled dates, time, and location as stated below.

Important Guidelines for Candidates

Candidates must bring their admit card. No one will be allowed to take the exam without it.

Admit cards must be collected at least one day before the exam from the office if a duplicate is required.

Candidates must present their original citizenship certificate or any original photo ID issued by the Government of Nepal on exam day.
Additional Instructions

Use only black ink pens or dot pens during the exam.

Mobile phones, electronic devices, and bags are strictly prohibited inside the exam hall.

Exams will not be postponed without prior notice from the Commission.

All instructions given by exam personnel must be followed.

Candidates requiring a scribe must submit a written request with reasons and valid documents to this office at least 10 days before the exam, as per Rule 68(1) of the Public Service Commission Regulation, 2079.
