PSC Pokhara Publishes Phase I Exam Centers for Section Officer, Exam to Be Held at Four Locations

The Public Service Commission (PSC), Pokhara Office has determined the examination centers (buildings) for the Phase I written examination for the post of Section Officer (Sakha Adhikrit) or equivalent under Gazetted Third Class (Non-Technical). This notice has been published for all candidates whose online applications have been approved under Advertisement No. 16701–16707/082–83 (Open and Inclusive), with Pokhara designated as the examination center.
According to the notice issued by the Commission, the Phase I written examination under the Combined and Integrated Examination System will be conducted on 2082 Magh 24 at 11:00 AM. The examination will include objective (multiple-choice) questions from the subject “Administrative Aptitude Test” (Administrative Aptitude Test), and the duration will be 1 hour 30 minutes.
For candidates with roll numbers from 450001 to 451401 and all remaining candidates, the Pokhara Office has designated eight (8) examination centers across four different school/office locations.

Mandatory Rules and Important Information
The Commission has clarified the compulsory rules to be followed by candidates. As the Phase I answer sheet will be based on the OMR system, candidates must use only a black-ink dot pen in the examination.
Key Rules and Notices

Time: Candidates must reach the exam center at least 1 hour before the exam begins.

Documents: Admit card is mandatory along with citizenship certificate or a government-issued photo identity card.

Prohibited Items: Bags, mobile phones, calculators, smart watches, and other electronic devices are not allowed.

Holiday Notice: Even if an unexpected public holiday occurs, the examination will not be postponed without prior notice.

Candidates requiring an assistant writer must submit an application to the office at least 10 days before the examination begins, along with reasons and supporting evidence, as per Rule 68(1) of the Public Service Commission Regulation, 2079.
The Commission has stated that candidates will not be allowed to participate in the examination at any place other than the assigned examination center.
