PSC Postpones Case Presentation and Interview for Joint Secretary

The Public Service Commission (Interview and Recommendation Branch) has postponed the scheduled case presentation and interview program for the post of Joint Secretary or equivalent.
This decision has been taken due to a certiorari-related writ petition currently under consideration at the Supreme Court. Accordingly, all pre-scheduled programs have been suspended until further notice is published.
Reason for Postponement
For Advertisement No. 16657/082-83 (Madheshi), Nepal Judicial Service, Law Group, Gazetted First Class, Joint Secretary or equivalent, a hearing has been scheduled by the Honorable Supreme Court for February 26, 2026 [2082-11-14 (BS)] in connection with Writ No. 082-WO-0382.
For the same reason, the program scheduled to run from February 20, 2026 to February 25, 2026 [2082-11-08 to 2082-11-13 (BS)] for this advertisement and related advertisements under the Nepal Administration Service, Nepal Audit Service, and Federal Parliament Service has been postponed.
This notice has been published for the information of all concerned, in accordance with the Commission’s decision dated February 17, 2026 [2082-11-05 (BS)].
