Second Phase Written Exam Notice for Kharidar – Surkhet PSC
The Surkhet Office of the Public Service Commission has issued an important notice regarding the second phase of the written examination for the post of Kharidar or equivalent Non-Gazetted Second Class (Non-Technical).

Important Instructions for Examinees

The exam will not be postponed without prior notice from the Commission.

Entry without an admit card is not allowed. Candidates must bring their admit cards and arrive at least one hour before the exam. If a candidate requires a duplicate admit card, it must be collected one day prior to the exam from this office.

Candidates must present an original Nepali citizenship certificate or a valid photo ID issued by the Government of Nepal. Without valid identification, entry will not be permitted.

Instructions given by the examination staff must be strictly followed.

Carrying bags, mobile phones, smartwatches, or any other electronic devices into the exam hall is strictly prohibited.

Only black ink pens are allowed during the examination.
