PSC Surkhet Publishes First-Phase Exam Centres for Section Officer

The Public Service Commission, Surkhet Office has published the examination centre (exam building) details for the first-phase written examination for the post of Gazetted Third Class (Non-Technical), Section Officer or equivalent.
Under Advertisement No. 16701–16707/082–83 (Open and Inclusive) of the Commission’s Central Office, the examination schedule and venue have been fixed for candidates whose application forms were approved by selecting the Surkhet examination centre.
According to the notice, the first-phase (First Phase) written examination will be conducted on Magh 24, 2082 at 11:00 AM. The examination will be held under the combined and integrated examination system. Examination centres have been arranged at various schools in Surkhet and at the Commission’s own office.
Candidates who changed their examination centre to Surkhet will take the exam at the Public Service Commission, Surkhet Office (exam building). Candidates requiring an assisting writer must submit an application to the office at least 10 days prior to the examination date, as per Rule 68 (1) of the Public Service Commission Regulation, 2079.

Mandatory Rules for Candidates
Time
Candidates must arrive at the examination building at least 1 hour before the examination begins.
Documents
Candidates must carry the admit card compulsorily. They must also bring the original Nepali citizenship certificate or a government-issued photo identity card.
Ink
Only a pen/dot pen with black ink must be used in the examination.
Prohibited Items
Candidates are not allowed to bring bags, mobile phones, smart watches, or other electronic devices into the examination building.
Admit Card Copy
If the admit card is lost, candidates must obtain a duplicate copy from the office at least one day before the examination.
Answer Sheet
The examination will be conducted using a multiple-choice OMR answer sheet.
