PU Exam Form Open for BE and B.Arch Programs

Purbanchal University, Examination Management Office, Biratnagar has issued a notice regarding examination application forms for various academic programs under the Faculty of Engineering to be conducted in 2026.
The notice calls for applications from regular and partial examinees of the first, third, and sixth semesters of BE (BE) and B. Architecture (B.Arch) programs.
Application deadlines and submission process
Students studying at the concerned campus or college must complete the examination application form by 2082 Falgun 10.
Campuses must deposit the collected fees and affiliation fees by Falgun 13 into Nabil Bank Account Number 00710017518402 and submit the original voucher along with the forms to the university’s Examination Management Office by Falgun 17.
Examination fees, affiliation fees, and late fee provision
For regular and partial examinees from the 2020 batch onward, the examination fee has been set at Rs. 1,500 per student.
For partial examinees up to the 2019 batch, the fee structure is:

One subject: Rs. 500

Two subjects: Rs. 800

More than two subjects: Rs. 1,100
Late fee provisions have been set as follows:

Within 7 days after the deadline: additional Rs. 1,000

Up to 10 days before the exam begins: additional Rs. 2,000
-
Up to 5 days before the exam begins: additional Rs. 3,000
Affiliation fees are:

BE Computer: Rs. 10,000
-
Other Engineering and B.Arch: Rs. 15,000
Registration number and internal assessment requirement
Students must mention their registration number while filling the form, and forms of students without a registration number will not be accepted.
Students who fail or remain absent in the internal assessment examination will not be allowed to sit for the board examination. If a student appears in the examination disregarding this requirement, the examination result will be cancelled.

The notice signed by the Co-Examination Controller states that campuses must arrange the submitted details in English alphabetical order by batch. If incorrect details are written in the form, a correction fee of Rs. 500 per subject will apply.
