Purbanchal University, Examination Management Office, Biratnagar has called for examination application forms for semester-system examinations under the Faculty of Science and Technology.
The notice requests applications from regular and partial examinees of the first, third, fifth, and eighth semesters of programs including BCA, BIT, BSc Ag, Veterinary (B.V.Sc. & A.H.), BSc Forestry, and others.
Application deadlines and submission process
Students studying at the concerned campus or college must complete the examination application form by 2082 Falgun 20.
Campuses must deposit the collected fees by Falgun 22 into Nabil Bank Account Number 00710017518402 and submit the forms to the university office by Falgun 25.
Examination fees and late fee provision
For regular and partial examinees from the 2020 batch onward, the fee has been set at Rs. 1,500 per semester.
For partial examinees up to the 2019 batch, the fee structure is:

One subject: Rs. 500

Two subjects: Rs. 800
-
More than two subjects: Rs. 1,100
Those applying within 7 days after the deadline must pay an additional late fee of Rs. 1,000.
Registration number and internal assessment requirement
The university has stated that students must clearly mention their registration number while filling the form, and forms of students without a registration number will not be accepted.
Students who fail or remain absent in the internal assessment examination will not be allowed to sit for the main examination. If a student appears in the examination disregarding this requirement, the examination result will be cancelled.
