Purbanchal University, Examination Management Office, Biratnagar has published a notice regarding the submission of examination application forms for various academic programs under the Faculty of Medicine to be conducted in 2026 (2082).

The university has invited applications from regular and partial examinees of the fourth and seventh semesters of the bachelor-level 4-year B.Pharmacy, BPH, and B.Sc. MLT programs.

Deadlines for students and submission by campuses

According to the notice, students studying at the concerned campus, college, or school must complete the examination application form by 2082 Falgun 19.

Campuses must deposit the collected fees in the bank by Falgun 21 and submit the original voucher and application forms to the university’s Examination Management Office by Falgun 23.

The examination fee must be deposited in Nabil Bank Limited, Account Number 00710017518402.

Examination fees and late fees

For regular and partial examinees from the 2021 batch onward, the examination fee has been set at Rs. 2,000.

For partial examinees up to the 2019 batch, the fee will be:

1. One subject: Rs. 500

2. Up to two subjects: Rs. 800

3. More than two subjects: Rs. 1,100

Additional late fees will apply as follows:

1. Within 7 days after the deadline: Rs. 1,000

2. Within 10 days after the deadline: Rs. 2,000

3. Up to 5 days before the exam begins: Rs. 3,000

Affiliation fee, subject omission, and correction fee

For seventh semester students, the notice states that an annual affiliation fee must also be paid:

1. BPH: Rs. 8,000 per student per year

2. B.Pharmacy: Rs. 10,000 per student per year

If any subject is missed in the examination application form, the examinee will not be allowed to appear in the examination for that subject.

If an incorrect subject is entered, a correction fee of Rs. 500 per subject will apply.

Students who have failed only in practical subjects must also compulsorily fill the examination application form.
