Purbanchal University Calls Exam Forms for BPH, B.Pharmacy and B.Sc. MLT

Purbanchal University, Examination Management Office, Biratnagar has issued a notice to fill examination application forms for various bachelor-level academic programs under the Faculty of Medicine.
The university has requested applications from regular and partial students of the fourth and seventh semesters of BPH, B.Pharmacy, and B.Sc. MLT.
Deadlines for students and submission by campuses
According to the notice, students studying at the concerned campus, college, or school must complete the examination application form by 2082 Falgun 19.
Campuses must deposit the collected forms and fees in the bank by Falgun 21 and submit them to the university’s Examination Management Office by Falgun 23 along with the original voucher.
The examination fee must be deposited in the account of Nabil Bank, Account No. 00710017518402.
Examination fees and late fees
The examination fee has been set at Rs. 2,000 for regular and partial examinees from the 2021 batch onward.
For partial examinees up to the 2019 batch, the fee will be:

One subject: Rs. 500

Up to two subjects: Rs. 800

More than two subjects: Rs. 1,100
Applicants submitting after the deadline must pay additional late fees as follows:

Within 7 days after the deadline: Rs. 1,000

Within 10 days after the deadline: Rs. 2,000

Up to 5 days before the exam begins: Rs. 3,000
Affiliation fee, subject correction, and practical-only failures
For seventh semester students, the notice states that an annual affiliation fee must also be paid:

BPH: Rs. 8,000 per student per year

B.Pharmacy: Rs. 10,000 per student per year
If a subject is written incorrectly in the examination form, a fee of Rs. 500 per subject will be charged for correction.
The office has also stated that students who have failed only in practical subjects must also compulsorily fill the examination application form.

The notice, signed by the Co-Examination Controller, states that campuses must send the forms arranged in English alphabetical order by batch. It also states that if any subject is missed, the examinee will not be allowed to appear in the examination for that subject.
