Purbanchal University Opens Exam Forms for BBA and Other Programs

Purbanchal University, Examination Management Office, Biratnagar has issued a notice to fill examination application forms for various Faculty of Management academic programs to be conducted in 2026.
The university has requested applications from students of different semesters under the programs BBA, BTTS, BFDM, BHCM, and BHM.
Deadlines for students and submission by schools and campuses
According to the notice, regular and partial examinees of different semesters of BBA, BTTS, BHCM, and BHM can fill the application form until 2082 Falgun 11.
The concerned schools and campuses must collect students’ forms and, by 2082 Falgun 14 (26 February 2026), deposit the amount in the bank account of Nabil Bank and submit the forms to the university along with the original voucher.
Examination fees and late fees
For regular examinees (from the 2020 batch onward), the examination fee has been set at Rs. 1,500.
For partial examinees (up to the 2019 batch), the fee will be:

One subject: Rs. 500

Two subjects: Rs. 800

More than two subjects: Rs. 1,100
Those applying within 7 days after the deadline must pay an additional late fee of Rs. 1,000.
It has also been arranged that examinees can fill the form by paying a late fee of Rs. 3,000 up to 5 days before the examination begins.
Registration number, internal assessment, and subject correction
While filling the form, examinees must compulsorily mention their registration number. The university has clarified that forms of students without registration will not be approved.
The notice also states that the examination result of students who fail or remain absent in the internal assessment examination will be cancelled.
If subjects need to be corrected in the examination form, a fee of Rs. 500 per subject will apply.
