Purbanchal University Requests BMT, BID, BSW 6th Semester Exam Forms

Purbanchal University, Examination Management Office, Biratnagar has issued a notice to the concerned colleges/campuses to fill and submit examination application forms for the bachelor-level programs B.M.T., B.I.D., and B.S.W. operated under the semester system under the Faculty of Arts, for the 6th semester (examination to be conducted in 2025).
The office has instructed colleges/campuses to deposit the examination fee in CALL A/C 00710017518402 and submit the form with the original bank voucher (Customer Copy) within the specified deadline.

The notice also states that students who miss the form-filling deadline may be allowed to fill the form by paying a late fee as per the details, and that the exam application form must be submitted to the office along with the required exam fee and applicable late fee within the prescribed period.
Instructions for Sending Application Forms
The office has stated that, while sending the forms, the concerned campus/college must:

Verify all details in full.

Separate batches and arrange examinee names in English alphabetical order.

Prepare separate batch-wise records and file them before submission.

Ensure each examinee mandatorily mentions the registration number.

Not submit forms of students whose registration could not be completed due to incomplete registration documents, as such forms will not be accepted.
Partial Examination Requirements
For examinees appearing in partial examinations:

The subject name must be written, and within brackets it must be clearly stated whether it is practical or written.

A copy of the marksheet must be mandatorily submitted.

The campus/college must attach subject-wise data (Subject-wise Data) batch-wise for examinees included in the examination.
Photo Verification and Attendance
The notice states:

Out of the three photos on the exam application form, the first photo must be verified by the Campus Chief/Principal of the concerned campus/college by signing in a way that the signature appears on both the photo and the form.

The other two photos will be verified by this office.

The student’s attendance percentage must be mandatorily mentioned on the back of the exam application form.

If any subject is omitted in the form, the examinee will not be included in the examination for that subject.
Subject Omission and Correction Fee

If a subject is omitted in the exam application form, the examinee will not be included in that subject’s examination.

If a subject is written incorrectly and sent, a correction fee of Rs. 500 per subject will be charged.
Internal Assessment Rule
The notice states that students who fail or remain absent in the internal evaluation examination conducted by the college will not be allowed to appear in the examination. If such students appear in the examination by disregarding this provision, their results will be cancelled.
