Purbanchal University Requests PG 2nd Semester Exam Forms

Purbanchal University, Examination Management Office, Biratnagar has issued a notice to the concerned campuses/colleges to fill and submit examination application forms for the second semester (examinations to be conducted in 2026) of postgraduate-level, two-year programs operated under the semester examination system under the Faculty of Science and Technology.
As per the notice, students studying in regular and partial modes must fill the examination application form by the deadline, deposit the prescribed examination fee in the specified bank account, and submit the original bank voucher (Customer Copy) along with the application form to the office through the campus/college representative within the specified date.

Late Fee Provision
The office has also informed that students who miss the deadline to fill the exam form may still fill the form by paying late fees as per the details below. The notice states that the exam application form, along with the prescribed exam fee and applicable late fee, must be submitted to the office within the allowed period.
Instructions for Filling and Sending Forms
The notice includes instructions that must be followed while filling and submitting the exam application forms, including:

While sending forms, arrange them in English alphabetical order according to the academic session group and prepare separate batch-wise records for submission.

Students must mandatorily mention their registration number.

Forms of students whose registration could not be completed due to incomplete documents will not be accepted.
Photo Verification Requirement
During photo verification, the notice states:

Out of the three photos in the exam application form, the first photo must be verified by the Campus Chief/Principal of the concerned campus/college by signing in a way that the signature appears on both the photo and the form.

The remaining two photos will be verified by this office.
Attendance and Subject Details
The notice further states:

The student’s attendance percentage must be mandatorily mentioned in the form.

Subjects that have both written and practical examinations, or only practical examinations, must be clearly mentioned.
If any candidate fails to mention a subject in the exam application form, the candidate will not be included in the examination for that subject.
If a subject is written incorrectly in the form and sent, a subject correction fee of Rs. 500 per subject will be charged.
Internal Assessment Rule
The notice states that students who fail or remain absent in the internal assessment examination conducted by the college will not be allowed to appear in the examination. If such students disregard this and appear in the examination, their results will be cancelled.
Examination Fee Rates

Regular/Partial (only for candidates admitted from the 2020 batch onwards): Rs. 2,100 per student
