Purbanchal University Publishes LLB, BALLB and LLM Examination Form Notice
Purbanchal University, Office of Examination Management, Biratnagar, has published a notice regarding the submission of examination application forms for various academic programmes under the Faculty of Law. The examinations will be conducted in 2083 BS (2026). The Controller of Examinations issued the notice on 2083/04/05 BS for all concerned schools, campuses and colleges.
The examination application is open to students appearing in the following programmes and years:

Three-year LLB programme: First, second and third years, regular and partial

Five-year BALLB programme: First, fourth and fifth years, regular and partial

LLM programme: First and second years, regular
Application and Submission Deadlines
Students concerned must complete their examination application forms by 2083/04/31 BS.
Campuses and colleges must deposit the prescribed examination and affiliation fees into the following bank account:

The original bank voucher must be submitted to the Office of Examination Management, Biratnagar, by 2083/05/05 BS (21 August 2026).
Instructions for Completing and Submitting the Examination Form
Registration Is Mandatory
Students must enter their registration number in the examination form. Forms submitted by students whose registration could not be completed because of insufficient documents will not be accepted.
Attendance and Internal Assessment
The student’s attendance percentage must be stated on the back of the examination form.
Students who fail or remain absent from the internal assessment examination conducted by the college will not be permitted to sit for the examination. If such students nevertheless appear in the examination, their results will be cancelled.
Subjects and Blocks
A separate examination application form must be completed for each block or section.
Written and practical subjects must be clearly stated in the form. If a discrepancy is found in the subjects entered by a student, a correction fee of Rs. 500 per subject must be paid.
Photograph Verification
Of the three photographs attached to the form, the first photograph must be certified by the Campus Chief or Principal by signing across both the photograph and the form.
Submission of Candidate Details
Campuses must verify the candidates’ names and subjects, separate the records by batch and prepare them in English alphabetical order.
The records must be submitted together with the required subject-wise data.

Newly affiliated campuses and colleges submitting examination forms for the first time or for the first year must pay the affiliation fee at the prescribed per-student rate based on their total approved student quota.

For the rules concerning late submissions up to 10 days and five days before the examination, the first examination day under the relevant academic programme will be treated as the date on which the examination begins.
