SEE Grade Increment (supplementary) Exam Routine 2079/80
The Government of Nepal, National Examination Board, Examination Control Office Class 10th, Sanothimi Bhaktapur is announcing the schedule for the Secondary Education Examination (SEE) Supplementary (Grade Increase) exam of the year 2079 / 2080.
Students who participated in the annual examination of Class 10, starting from Chaitra 17, 2079, can take this supplementary examination to improve their grades in up to two subjects.
Application Process and Fee
Candidates who wish to participate need to complete an application form and pay a fee of Rs.500 per student. The payment should be made to Revenue Account No. 14223.
Candidates are required to submit the payment voucher, a copy of their admit card, and their grade sheet (which can be downloaded from the official website) to the Education Development and Coordination Unit via their respective schools. The deadline for these submissions is 21st Shrawan 2080.
Eligibility Criteria
Eligible candidates for this Grade Increment Examination include:
- Candidates who have obtained a final grade of 'C' or less in the subjects of their choice.
- Candidates who were absent for up to two subjects of their choice during the original examination.
The examination will be conducted as per the following schedule:
Exam Timing: 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM
Exam Schedule
- Friday 26th Shrawan 2080: Compulsory English (Subject Code No. 101) and all subjects for candidates taking the exam in only one subject. Additionally, this includes the examination for candidates who are taking the exam in two subjects with a lower code number.
- Saturday 27th Shrawan 2080: For candidates who are taking the exam in two subjects, the subject with the larger code number.
Guidelines
- Candidates whose results have been canceled are not eligible for the grade increment test.
- The supplementary examination will be conducted over two days.
- Regardless of the subject, candidates participating in the grade Increment examination of only one subject must attend the exam on the first day.
- The examination center will be at the headquarters of the respective district.
- The admit card of the SEE exam 2079 will be used for the supplementary exam. If lost, a verified photo from the school headmaster and a paid fee receipt should be submitted to the Education Development and Coordination Unit.
