Tribhuvan University MBS and MPA Examination Form Fill Up Notice
Tribhuvan University’s Faculty of Management has released an announcement for students enrolled in the Master of Business Studies (MBS) and Master of Public Administration (MPA) programs. This notification is for the fourth-semester students who started their programs in 2019-2020 and for those who need to retake or have missed exams in previous semesters.
Important Information for Examination Candidates:
- Submission Deadline: Students must submit their completed exam forms by 2080/09/20 to their respective campuses/colleges.
- Fee Submission Deadline: Campuses/colleges must submit the exam forms along with the necessary fees by 2080/09/23.
Detailed Fee Structure:
- Regular Exam Fee: Rs 1500 per session, per student.
- Partial Exam Fee: Rs 300 per subject, per student.
- Late Fee Scale:
- Rs 500 if paid from the 21st to the 2nd day before the exam.
- Rs 1000 if paid during the second set of 2 days before the exam.
- Rs 2500 if paid during the last 2 days before the exam.
Documentation and Submission Requirements:
- Regular Examinees: Must attach a photocopy of the third term admit card or the result ledger.
- Partial Examinees: Need to attach the grade sheet from the fourth term.
- Internal Evaluation: A list of internal evaluations in Excel file format should be attached to the examination form and emailed to [email protected].
- Examination Form Availability: Obtainable from the examination control division or downloadable from www.fomecd.edu.np to be printed on legal-size paper.
- Payment Information: Fees should be paid to Nepal Bank Limited, Kirtipur Branch with the specified account details.

- Ensure all documents and fees are submitted within the stipulated deadlines.
- Incomplete or incorrect forms, or those lacking required attachments, will not be accepted.
