Tribhuvan University Publishes 3-Year LL.B. First-Year Exam Schedule

The Office of the Controller of Examinations, Balkhu, under Tribhuvan University, has published the examination schedule for the first year of the three-year Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) program to be conducted in 2083 BS under the annual examination system.

According to the notice published on Asar 32, 2083 BS, the examination schedule has been set for the 2082 new curriculum—regular and 2081 partial—and the old curriculum—2081 partial and chance examinations.

Separate examination dates and times have been fixed for the old and new curricula, as detailed below.

Special Provision for Students Who Missed the Examination Form Deadline

Students who failed to submit their application forms for the regular, partial, or chance examinations may submit the examination application form through their respective campus or college by Shrawan 8, 2083 BS, with a double fee.

The concerned campus or college must complete the required procedures and submit the forms to the Office of the Controller of Examinations, Balkhu, or the concerned Regional Office of the Controller of Examinations by Shrawan 12, 2083 BS. The institution must also complete the online entry.

Rules and Information for Examinees

  1. No alternative examination arrangement will be made for candidates who remain absent from an examination conducted according to the schedule stated above.

  2. Even if an unexpected public holiday is declared, the examination will not be postponed without prior notice from Tribhuvan University.

  3. If any subject or paper has been omitted from the examination schedule or if two examinations overlap, the examinee must inform the Office within seven days from the date the schedule is published on the website. Otherwise, the examinations will be conducted according to this schedule.

  4. Examinees must contact their respective campuses regarding practical examinations.

  5. Examinees must bring required materials such as log tables, Goshwara vouchers, graph paper, and charts themselves. Such materials may be used only after obtaining prior approval from the Centre Superintendent.

  6. The concerned campus must complete the practical examinations and internal assessments and compulsorily submit the marks to the Office within one month after the theoretical examinations are completed.

  7. Prohibited items such as mobile phones, smartwatches, Bluetooth devices, and digital diaries may not be taken inside the examination hall. The Centre Superintendent may confiscate such items.

  8. In accordance with the examination application notice, candidates must complete the examination form and sit only for subjects prescribed by Tribhuvan University’s rules and curriculum. The concerned campus or student will be responsible for any non-compliance.

  9. An examination taken from a centre other than the designated examination centre will be automatically cancelled.
