Tribhuvan University, Examination Controller Office, Balkhu, Notice to Fill Examination Form for BA 3rd Year Partial Students.
Tribhuvan University, Examination Controller Office, Balkhu, has published this notice for all partial and private partial students under the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences who intend to appear in the BA 3rd Year (2081) examination to be conducted in 2082 under the annual exam system.
Students must fill and submit the examination form at their respective campuses by Baisakh 20, 2082 with the regular fee. Forms submitted within one week after the deadline will be accepted with double the fee.
1. Regarding the Examination Form:
a) Students must fill out the examination form themselves and submit it to the concerned office after completing all the necessary procedures. Tribhuvan University, Examination Controller Office, will not be responsible for any issues if this is not followed.
b) This will be the final chance for students enrolled in the 3-year Bachelor level in 2074 who appeared in the first-year exam for the first time in 2075.
c) All students must compulsorily mention their previous roll number on the exam form.
d) Two recently taken passport-size photos in normal dress are required while submitting the form.
e) If a copy of the admit card is required during the exam period, the photo used in the exam form must be submitted.
2. Deadline and Submission Instructions:
a) Campuses within the Kathmandu Valley must submit the filled exam forms along with the bank voucher under the name of TU Exam Controller Office to the Balkhu office within 2 days.
Campuses outside the valley must submit the forms to the respective Regional Exam Controller Office within 4 days of preparing the voucher. Campuses outside the respective regional office's territory must submit it to the TU Exam Controller Office, Balkhu.
b) While submitting, the form must be first verified at the accounts section of the concerned exam office along with the bank voucher and then submitted to the respective department.
