No alternate arrangements will be made for students who miss the exam as per the above-mentioned schedule.

If any unforeseen holidays occur, the exam will not be postponed without prior notice from Tribhuvan University.

If any subject or paper is missing or conflicts in the exam schedule, students must inform the Examination Control Office within 7 days from the published date on the website. Otherwise, the exam will proceed as per the schedule.

For practical exams, students should contact their respective campuses.

Students must bring necessary materials such as answer sheets, vouchers, graph papers, charts, etc., with prior approval from the center head.

The concerned campus must submit the practical and internal assessment results, along with attendance, to the Examination Control Office within one month of the completion of the theoretical exams.

Mobile phones, smartwatches, Bluetooth devices, digital diaries, and other similar prohibited items are not allowed inside the examination halls. The center head may confiscate such items if found.

As per the examination application form, students must only fill in the subjects specified in the university's regulations and curriculum. It is the responsibility of the campus or the student to ensure they are applying for the correct course. Any discrepancies will be the responsibility of the student or campus.

Any exam taken outside the designated exam center will be automatically canceled.
Additional Information: Some campuses have not yet completed their online entries for exam applications. These campuses must complete the online entries by 7th Baishakh 2082 with double fees, as online entry will be closed after this date.
