Tribhuvan University Online Form Notice for B.Tech Food 4th Year Supplementary-2081

Notice regarding filling the examination application form online for examinees participating in the supplementary examination of the four-year bachelor level B.Tech. fourth year.
As per the annual examination system, the Office of the Controller of Examinations, Balkhu, has published this notice based on the decision of the Central Examination Operation Committee, as the Tribhuvan University Academic Council has decided to include in the supplementary examination those examinees who participated in the annual examination of Food Technology (B.Tech Food) fourth year 2081 under the Institute of Science and Technology.
1. Regarding the supplementary exam application form
a) To fill the supplementary exam application form, the candidate must be a regular examinee of bachelor level fourth year 2081.
b) Within the date the application form is opened, the candidate must have passed all examinations of the first, second, and third years (including practical examinations).
c) Only those examinees who have failed or were absent in a maximum of two subjects in the fourth year 2081 examination will be allowed to participate.
d) As examinees participating in the supplementary examination will be required to sit using the same symbol number of the fourth year 2081, the same symbol number must be mentioned in the application.
e) Since the time period for filling the examination application form has been fixed for only seven days (from 2082 Mangsir 19 to 26), examinees who have completed the procedures from 1(a) to 1(d) must fill the examination application online through the concerned campus within this period.
f) In the case of students who were absent or failed in the practical examination and internal evaluation, the obtained marks of the concerned subjects must be submitted within the application period to the Office of the Controller of Examinations, Balkhu or the concerned Regional Office of the Controller of Examinations.
g) Examination centers will be published later.
2. Regarding the deadline and fees for submitting the application form
a) Campuses within the Kathmandu Valley must mandatorily submit to the Tribhuvan University Office of the Controller of Examinations, Balkhu, within two days, the bank voucher of the application form fee deposited in the name of the Tribhuvan University Office of the Controller of Examinations. Campuses outside the Valley must submit the examination application form along with the bank voucher within two days to the concerned Regional Office of the Controller of Examinations, and campuses outside the Valley region must submit the examination application form to the Tribhuvan University Office of the Controller of Examinations, Balkhu.
b) While submitting the examination forms, the form must first be verified at the Accounts Section along with the bank voucher at the concerned Office of the Controller of Examinations, and then submitted to the concerned Form Section.
3. Examination fees

For regular/partial/supplementary examinees: NPR 1000 per paper/section.

Examination application form fee: NPR 100.

Examination center fee: NPR 150.

Practical examination fee per subject: NPR 200.

Practical examination fee for two or more subjects / in the case of supplementary, fee only for two subjects: NPR 300.

Field work, term paper, and project work fee: NPR 300.
4. Regarding depositing examination fees
a) Campuses within the Kathmandu Valley must deposit all examination-related fees in either of the following income accounts located within the Kirtipur Balkhu campus premises and mandatorily submit the voucher deposited in the name of the Office of the Controller of Examinations along with the examination application form:

b) Campuses under the Regional Office of the Controller of Examinations, Pokhara area, must deposit all examination-related fees in the Nepal Bank Limited, Bagar Branch, account no. 09100101101340000001 of the Regional Office of the Controller of Examinations, Pokhara, and mandatorily submit the voucher along with the examination application form.
c) Campuses under the Regional Office of the Controller of Examinations, Biratnagar area, must deposit all examination-related fees in the Nepal Bank Limited, Bazar Adda Branch, account no. 10400100922120000001 of the Regional Office of the Controller of Examinations, Biratnagar, and mandatorily submit the voucher along with the examination application form.
