TU Issues B.Tech Food Fourth Year Exam Form Notice
Kathmandu. Tribhuvan University, Office of the Controller of Examinations, Balkhu, Kathmandu, has published a notice to fill out examination application forms for the regular and partial examinations of the 4-year Bachelor’s level B.Tech. (Food) fourth year.
According to the notice published on 2083-02-01, examinees must fill out and submit application forms for the 2082 examinations under the annual examination system.
As per the notice, the examination application forms must be filled out online by the concerned campuses/colleges after completing all procedures. It is mentioned that the TU Office of the Controller of Examinations will not be responsible if otherwise occurs.
For regular examinees, students who were admitted in 2078 and appeared in the first-year examination for the first time in 2079 will be allowed to fill out the regular fourth-year examination form.
For partial examinees, the notice states that this will be the final opportunity for the fourth-year partial examination for students who were admitted in 2074 and appeared in the first-year examination for the first time in 2075.
All examinees must compulsorily mention their previous roll number in the application form. A recently taken passport-size photograph with a white background will be required to fill out the form. If a copy of the admit card is required during the examination period, the concerned campus must be contacted.
Regular and partial examinees must fill out and submit the online examination form at the concerned campus/college by paying the regular fee from 2083-02-01 to 2083-03-01, and by paying the double fee from Ashadh 4 to Ashadh 11, 2083.
Campuses/colleges within Kathmandu Valley must submit the bank voucher for the regular fee deposited in the name of TU OCE within 2 days, that is, by 2083-03-04, along with the examination application forms to TU OCE, Balkhu. Campuses/colleges outside the Valley must submit them to the concerned Regional Examination Control Office.
The bank voucher for the double fee must also be submitted to the concerned Regional Examination Control Office within 2 days of the final date.

Fee per section for regular and partial examinees: Rs. 470/-
Examination application form fee: Rs. 60/-
Examination center fee: Rs. 100/-
Practical examination fee per subject: Rs. 150/-
Practical examination fee for two or more subjects: Rs. 275/-
Field work, term paper, and project work fee: Rs. 275/-
Campuses/colleges within Kathmandu Valley and those under the same area must deposit the examination-related fees in the designated income account of Global IME Bank Limited or Nepal Bank Limited located inside the TU Kirtipur Balkhu premises, and must compulsorily submit the voucher along with the examination application forms.
The notice states that campuses under the Regional Examination Control Office, Pokhara area, must deposit all examination-related fees in the account of Nepal Bank Limited, Bagar Branch. Campuses under the Regional Examination Control Office, Biratnagar area, must compulsorily submit the voucher showing the amount deposited in the account of Nepal Bank Limited, Bazar Adda Branch, along with the application forms.
