TU IOST Publishes Notice to Fill B.Tech Food Technology Exam Form

Tribhuvan University, Institute of Science and Technology, Dean’s Office, Examination Section, Balkhu has opened the examination application form for the four-year bachelor level B.Tech. (Food Technology).
This notice has been published for the regular examination of Second Year Third Semester (2nd Year 3rd Semester) of the 2081 batch, to be conducted in 2082 under the semester examination system and grading system (Grading System).
Submission deadline and campus responsibilities
According to the Dean’s Office, examinees can submit the examination application form with the regular fee until 2082 Falgun 20.
The concerned campuses must verify the students’ forms and must submit them compulsorily to this office by 2082 Falgun 22.
Examination fee, late fee, and bank deposit
The regular examination fee has been fixed at Rs. 2,500/-.
Up to the first week after the deadline date, it is arranged that the form can be submitted by paying Rs. 2,500/- as a late fee.
Campuses must deposit the examination fee in the name of the Dean’s Office in Nepal Bank Limited, Kirtipur Branch, current account number 045001000099107000001.
Instructions on quota, service fee, affiliation fee, and documents
The notice provides clear instructions to campuses regarding quota, service fee, and affiliation fee.
Campuses must submit:

Proof of approved quota

Name list of scholarship students as per TU rules

Proof of submission to the Planning Division of the service fee plan equivalent to Rs. 3,000/- per student
For partial examinees, a photocopy of the marksheet must be submitted, and they must compulsorily fill the form even if only the practical examination remains.
Internal assessment, attendance, and restrictions
The marks of internal assessment (Internal Assessment) and attendance must be compulsorily mentioned in the form, and a separate list for this must also be sent.
It is stated that if a form is filled for subjects without internal assessment or for failed subjects, the examination will be automatically cancelled.
As per TU’s decision, the provision for changing the examination center has been removed.
After selecting subjects and submitting the form once, examinees will not be allowed to change the subjects.
