
TU Exam Form Notice for BBA, BBM, BIM, BHM, BTTM – 2nd & 7th Semester
Tribhuvan University, Faculty of Management, announces the exam form fill-up notice for the second and seventh semesters of the following programs:

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

Bachelor of Information Management (BIM)
-
Bachelor of Business Management (BBM)
-
Bachelor of Public Administration (BPA)
-
Bachelor of Mountaineering Studies (BMS)
-
Bachelor of Hotel Management (BHM)
-
Bachelor of Business Administration Finance (BBA-F)
-
Bachelor of Travel and Tourism Management (BTTM)
These semester exams will begin from the third week of Bhadra, 2082.
Students enrolled between 2018 to 2024 who wish to participate in these exams must submit the exam form to their respective campuses/colleges by 2082/04/27. The collected exam fees must be deposited in the bank on the same day or on the next morning session (2082/04/28).
Campuses/colleges must submit all forms with required fees to the Exam Controller Division of the Dean’s Office by 2082/04/30.
Fee Structure (Excluding TU Service Charges)

Regular Exam Fee: Rs. 2,500 per student per semester

Partial Exam Fee: Rs. 500 per subject per student
-
Exam Center Fee: Rs. 450 per student per semester
-
Exam Form Fee: Rs. 50 per student per semester
Late Fee Schedule
-
2082/04/28 – 2082/04/29: Rs. 500 per semester per student
-
2082/04/30 – 2082/04/31: Rs. 1,000 per semester per student
-
2082/05/01 – 2082/05/02 (Final Deadline): Rs. 2,500 per semester per student
The collected amount must be deposited into the bank on the same day.
Important Notes

Forms submitted after the deadline or without proper documentation will not be processed.

Instructions

Photocopy of Admit Card / Result Ledger / Grade Sheet of the previous semester is mandatory for regular examinees.

Partial examinees must attach a copy of Grade Sheet / Ledger of both regular and retake exams for the concerned semester. Otherwise, their form will be rejected.

Exam forms and roll numbers must be arranged from smallest to largest in separate files by semester with all required documents.

If any incorrect subject entry is found, the form will be canceled, and the student will bear full responsibility.

Internal evaluation marks must be submitted with the exam form. The student list with roll number and TU registration number must be attached. Forms without internal marks will not be accepted.
