Regarding filling the missed examination forms

As it has been informed that some examinees’ examination forms were missed, all examinees whose examination application forms were left out are informed to fill the examination forms at their respective campuses/colleges by making online entry with double fee from 2082 Mangsir 14 to 21.

After the above dates, the form entry will not be opened. The amount for the double fee must be deposited within office hours on 2082 Mangsir 22 into the bank accounts of the concerned Examination Control Office/Regional Examination Control Office mentioned in the notice.

Notes

1. No further arrangement will be made for examinees who remain absent from the examination as per the above schedule.

2. Even if an unexpected public holiday occurs, the examination will not be postponed without prior notice from Tribhuvan University.

3. If any subject or paper that an examinee must take is missing from the schedule or overlaps with another, the concerned student must inform this office within 7 days from the date of publication on the website. Otherwise, the examination will be conducted according to this schedule.

4. For practical examinations, please stay in contact with your respective campus.

5. Materials required for the examination such as log table, general voucher, graph paper, charts, etc. must be brought by the examinees themselves and used only after obtaining prior approval from the center superintendent.

6. Within one month of the completion of the theoretical examinations, the concerned campus must complete the practical and internal evaluation examinations and must mandatorily submit the marks and attendance to this office.

7. Prohibited items in the examination hall such as mobile phones, smart watches, Bluetooth devices, digital diaries, etc. are not allowed to be carried. Otherwise, the center superintendent may confiscate such items.

8. As per the notice for filling examination application forms, only the subjects prescribed by the rules and curriculum under Tribhuvan University must be filled in the examination form, and students must confirm which course they are to appear for before taking the examination. If otherwise, the campus or the student themselves will be responsible.

9. If an examinee appears from a center other than the designated examination center, that examination will automatically be cancelled.

10. It is informed that the examination will be conducted by fully complying with the health standards prescribed by the Government of Nepal at the examination center.
