Tribhuvan University, Institute of Science and Technology, Dean’s Office, Examination Section, Balkhu has published a notice to fill the examination application form for the four-year bachelor-level Computer Science and Information Technology (B.Sc. CSIT).
Under the semester examination system and grading system (Grading System), applications have been invited for regular examinees of Second Year Third Semester (2nd Year 3rd Semester) of the 2081 batch to be conducted in 2082, and for partial examinees from earlier batches.
Deadlines for students and submission by campuses and colleges
According to the Dean’s Office, examinees can submit the examination application form until 2082 Falgun 20.
The concerned campuses and colleges must verify the students’ forms and submit them compulsorily to this office by 2082 Falgun 22.
Examination fee, late fee, and bank deposit
The examination fee for regular examinees has been set at Rs. 2,500/-.
For partial examinees, the fee will be:

Rs. 1,500/- for up to two subjects

Rs. 2,500/- for more than two subjects
Up to the first week after the deadline date, a late fee must be paid as follows:

Regular: additional Rs. 2,500/-

Partial (up to two subjects): additional Rs. 1,500/-

Partial (more than two subjects): additional Rs. 2,500/-
Campuses must deposit the examination fee in the name of the Dean’s Office in Nepal Bank Limited, Kirtipur Branch, current account number 045001000099107000001.
Required documents and submission requirements
While sending the forms, campuses and colleges must compulsorily submit:

Proof of approved quota

Scholarship name list

For affiliated campuses, proof of payment of service fee equivalent to Rs. 3,000/- per student

For partial examinees, a photocopy of the marksheet to be attached with the form
Internal assessment, subject rules, and exam center provision
Only students who have passed internal assessment (Internal Assessment) will be allowed to fill the form.
If a form is filled for subjects without internal assessment or for failed subjects, the examination will be automatically cancelled.
As per TU’s decision, the provision for changing the examination center has been removed.
After selecting subjects and submitting the form once, examinees will not be allowed to change the subjects.
