TU Changes Date and Centres for 3-Year Bachelor Chance Exam
Examination centres will also be outside Kathmandu; the exam will start from 2025 Magh 25.

Tribhuvan University, the Office of the Controller of Examinations, Balkhu, has changed the date and examination centres for the 3-year Bachelor level third-year chance examination. The previously fixed date and location for the examination to be conducted in 2082 under the 2081 examination have been revised for students’ convenience.
According to the very urgent notice issued by the office, the examination schedule has been revised for candidates under the annual examination system in the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences (chance and partial), Faculty of Education, Faculty of Management, and the Institute of Science and Technology.
Earlier, as per the decision of the Central Examination Operation Committee, it had been stated that the examination would be conducted only in Kathmandu from 2082 Magh 18.
However, considering the inconvenience and financial burden on examinees if the examination were held only in Kathmandu, the office has corrected the decision. As per the new decision, the chance examination will now be conducted from 2082 Magh 25.
The office has also stated that examination centres will not be limited to Kathmandu only. Arrangements have been made so that there will be at least one examination centre under the Regional Examination Control Office (Regional OCE) structure.
