ICFC Finance Limited was incorporated in 2003 AD under the Company Act 2053 BS and Bank & Finance Ordinance, 2060 BS. ICFC Finance started its operations in 2004 AD. The head office of ICFC Finance Limited is located in Bhatbhateni, Kathmandu, Nepal. ICFC has been initiated primarily to cater to the financial requirements of small and medium enterprises (SME). 

ICFC Finance seeks to make possible the increasing credit demands of its clientele through modern and sophisticated financial instruments through state-of-the-art technology and best global practices. 

With the initiation of WTO and the incorporation of the global economy, financial markets are ever becoming more and more focused and multifaceted. This complication gives rise to different challenges and prospect. ICFC Finance seeks to recognize and develop these challenges and prospect to benefit its clientele through value-added services.
