Overview
Ministry of Industry, Tourism, Forest, and Environment Karnali Pradesh (Nepali: उद्योग, पर्यटन, वन तथा वातावरण मन्त्रालय - कर्णाली प्रदेश) was established in 2018 (2074 BS) as a provincial ministry under Karnali Pradesh of Nepal. It is a provincial ministry of Karnali province located in the capital city Birendranagar Surkhet (Karnali Pradesh).
To formulate necessary policies, acts and rules for industrial development by orienting the state towards industrialization, to build industrial infrastructure to attract private, domestic and foreign investment in the industrial sector, to use existing infrastructure, to process raw materials and to produce and export Poverty reduction through medium to the small, cottage and small scale industries Strengthening the provincial economy, strengthening the commercial sector, facilitating, promoting and regulating internal, inter-provincial and external trade, preserving and developing the tangible and intangible cultural, religious and natural heritage of Karnali through tourism sector as the mainstay of economic development of the state.
