Excessive mental exertion and exhaustion, impairment of the digestive system, physical and mental impairment or any prolonged illness affect the brain and our memory power losses.

  • Almonds, copper, phosphorus and vitamin B are found in almonds. Therefore, almonds help the brain, heart, and liver to work properly. To increase the power of the brain, soak 5 almonds in water. Make a paste by mixing the peel in the morning and making a fine paste. Now drink a glass of milk and drink this paste and 2 teaspoons of honey in it. It is very beneficial for the brain.
  • Fennel is one of the spices used daily in the house. Regular use of this is very beneficial for health. Make powder by mixing the fennel and sugar candy in equal amounts. Keeping this powder after taking 2 spoons both times after a meal, the brain weakness is removed.
  • Omega-3 fatty acids are found in abundance in the nut. Minerals like manganese, copper, potassium, calcium, iron, magnesium, zinc and selenium are also found in this. The nut is a very good source of vitamin E, which is very beneficial for our brain.
