Exercise 20 Minutes a Day Regularly

Whether it is sitting in the office throughout the day or in the house-to-house run-of-the-clock, both give physical and mental exhaustion. To overcome stress, exercise 20 minutes a day regularly. Which also relaxes other parts of the body.

1. Do this

  • Lay down beside the wall.
  • Keep a pillow, soft roller or towel around the bottom in the lower part.
  • Raise both feet parallel to the wall and hung in at 90-degree angle.
  • Keep feet straight and relax your arms and shoulders.

2. Relax the legs and relax the mind workout

  • This workout eliminates the problem of insomnia. The flow of oxygen to the brain leads to stress.
  • If you wear saddle sandal all day, then it must be done. It will relax feet.
  • Improvement in blood circulation, swelling of the feet will decrease and they will not feel the heaviness. Foot muscles will relax
  • Digestive action will improve and absorption of nutrients in the body will be very soon.
  • Excess oxygen will reach the body and muscles, which is beneficial for the nervous system. This will reduce stress.
  • Profitable for the whole body, this exercise provides relief to the stomach, kidney and improve blood supply in the organs.
  • The mind remains calm, there is a decrease in eye and nose related diseases. Uneven hair loss is less.
  • It is beneficial to remove hypothyroidism. Varicose helps in the treatment of veins (swelling in the veins).

3. Note

  • Stick the legs completely with the wall. If there is any problem with slip discs, hypertension or legs, and backbone, then before that, make a medical consultation.
  • If you feel more strain in the legs, then turn them according to need.
