How to Eat Non-vegetarian Food

Non-vegetarians food gain more weight, lead to diseases such as diabetes, heart, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, risk of intestinal and other cancers, and more likely to have heart disease. Cardiologist Dr. Om Murti Anil suggested some tips for non-vegiterian.

Scientifically, meat is low in carbohydrates. Increases the amount of protein and minerals. Both of these are beneficial. However, this is only important for malnourished children growing up. For a healthy person, there is no compulsion to eat meat. This is because it contains more fat. Which raises the amount of cholesterol in the blood. Non-vegetarians gain more weight. This can lead to diseases such as diabetes, high blood pressure, and high cholesterol. Non-vegetarians have a higher risk of intestinal and other cancers. Non-vegetarians are also more likely to have heart disease.

Non-vegetarians have a problem of overnutrition, which has far-reaching effects. At present, our body needs a lot of fiber. It works to lower cholesterol. However, fiber is not found in meat. The only thing is that the number of vitamin B-12 in meat. Which is not available from vegetarians. This element causes nerve problems. However, not all vegetarian foods contain vitamin B12.

Healthy ways to Eat Non-vegetarian Food:

You have to get in the habit of eating meat keeping in mind the condition of your body and what elements are obtained from meat. Although meat is harmful in itself, many are consuming it excessively. If you want to eat, it is not good to eat more than one day a week. And, it is important to pay attention to the amount.

When buying meat, special attention should be paid to its quality. Only meat with very little fat should be used. It is also important to pay special attention to cooking meat. Otherwise, it harms the body. There is also a large number of people who eat processed meats such as sausages and mummies kept in deep freezers, which is extremely harmful to health.

Grilling, baking, and baking in the microwave also reduce the effect. Special attention should also be paid to the amount of oil used in meat. As the meat itself is fat, the extra oil is affected. Never use meat alone. Along with that, it is important to use fiber-rich salads, greens, etc. together.

Whenever possible, you should not use meat prepared in restaurants. The food cooked in the restaurant is prepared to keep in mind the taste rather than the healthy. Which has a bad effect.

Red meat should not be used as much as possible. If you want to do it, you should use it once a month or very little. Mutton, Buff, etc. contain red meat and it has a high content of saturated fat. Many people think that chicken is white meat and it does not raise cholesterol, which is wrong. It also contains fat. Egg yolks contain high levels of cholesterol. So don't use it too much.

Unsaturated fats are found in fish, which do not affect the heart and obesity. It also helps control cholesterol levels. However, when it is used by deep-frying, its unsaturated fat is destroyed and it affects health.

Patients with high blood pressure and diabetes should avoid meat or eat very little. So we need to eat with a balance of taste and health.
