NAST Notice to Collect Permanent Appointment Letters
Nepal Academy of Science and Technology (NAST), Personnel Administration Division, Khumaltar, Lalitpur, Notice to Collect Permanent Appointment Letters.
This notice has been issued by the Nepal Academy of Science and Technology (NAST) following the recommendations received from the NAST Service Commission Office for permanent appointments under the advertisements published on 2081/08/28 (from Advertisement No. 18/2081–082 to 52/2081–082) for various posts and categories under open and inclusive competitions.
As the NAST Service Commission has already recommended candidates for permanent appointment at the NAST Central Office on different dates, all recommended candidates are requested to contact the Personnel Administration Division to collect their appointment letters within the prescribed period as mentioned below:

Candidates recommended for officer-level permanent appointments must collect their appointment letters within 60 days from the date of publication of this notice.

Candidates recommended for assistant-level permanent appointments must collect their appointment letters within 15 days from the date of publication of this notice.
Candidates must bring the following documents while collecting the appointment letter:

Health Certificate indicating physical fitness.

Application Letter requesting the issuance of the appointment letter.
Those who fail to collect the appointment letter within the given time will be subject to the provisions of the Nepal Academy of Science and Technology Personnel Administration Regulations, 2064 (Sixth Amendment).
