Candidates selected for the interview should fill up 2 copies of passport size photo, all required minimum qualification certificate and other required documents and application form 2 as per schedule 5 of Province Public Service Commission Rules, 2076 within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of publication of this notice. In this commission, the copy of the said certificates will have to be certified and verified by the candidate himself.
If the required minimum qualifications and other required documents are not met, the application will be rejected at any time.
