Candidates selected for Computer Skill Test and Interview should fill up 2 copies of the Passport size photo, complete the minimum required qualification certificate and other required documents, and Application Form 2 as per Schedule 5 of Provincial Public Service Commission Rules, 2076 before the date fixed for the interview. It will have to be verified by day.
The candidate's application will be canceled at any time if the required minimum qualification and other required documents are not certified.
