Karnali PSC Recommends Alternate Candidate for Amin Post

The Provincial Public Service Commission, Karnali Province (Interview and Recommendation Branch) has recommended one candidate from the alternate list for permanent appointment to the post of Amin under the Local Engineering Service, Survey Group, Fourth Level.
As per the Commission’s decision dated February 17, 2026 [2082-11-05 (BS)], the alternate candidate has been recommended to fill a vacant position.
Reason for Recommending an Alternate Candidate
Under Advertisement No. 568/2081-082 (Khas Arya), the previously recommended main candidate, Bishal Baduwal (Roll No. 348), obtained permanent appointment at the Survey Office, Gulmi through the Federal Public Service Commission, Butwal Office. As a result, the concerned post became vacant.
The Commission stated that it received a request from the Office of the Chief Minister and Council of Ministers, Karnali Province (Ref. No. 2329, dated February 2, 2026 [2082-10-20 (BS)]) to recommend and send an alternate candidate.
Accordingly, the main candidate was removed from the merit order list, and the candidate listed in the alternate merit order list under the same advertisement has been recommended for permanent appointment to the Office of the Chief Minister and Council of Ministers, Karnali Province, Birendranagar, Surkhet.
