Koshi PPSC Recommends Alternate Candidate for Animal Service Technician Post

The Province Public Service Commission, Koshi Province (Koshi Pradesh Lok Sewa Aayog) has recommended an alternate candidate for the post of Animal Service Technician under the Local Government Service. A new recommendation has been made for the vacant position after the previously recommended main candidate was appointed to another post.
Background and Reason for Recommendation
Under Advertisement No. 5018/2081-82 (Open), Sita Moktan had previously been recommended for the post of Animal Service Technician under the Local Agriculture Service, La.Po. & De.De. Group, Assistant Level Fifth Level.
As Moktan was appointed to another post, the Commission moved forward with the process after receiving a letter from Pathibhara Yangwarak Rural Municipality, Taplejung, requesting recommendation of an alternate candidate.
Legal Basis and Decision Date
In accordance with Section 39, Sub-section (2) of the Province Public Service Commission Act, 2076 and Rule 44, Sub-rule (1) of the Province Public Service Commission Rules, 2081, Moktan’s name has been removed from the merit list.
The Commission decided on 2082/10/26 (BS) to recommend the candidate in Alternate Merit Rank No. 1 for permanent appointment to the vacant post.
