Koshi Province PSC Recommends Alternate Candidates for ANM and Nayab Subba

The Koshi Province Public Service Commission (Interview and Recommendation Section) has recommended alternate candidates for permanent appointment to vacant posts under the Local Government Service and the Provincial Civil Service. The Commission decided to recommend candidates from the alternate list after previously recommended candidates either did not join or joined other posts, resulting in vacancies.
Alternate Recommendation for ANM Post (Local Government Service)
According to Notice No. 360/082-083, under the Local Government Service, Advertisement No. 4042/2081-82 (Female), Health Service, Nursing group, Midwifery Nursing sub-group, Assistant Level Fourth Level, ANM post, the previously recommended candidate Anisa Kumari did not take the appointment.
As per the letter received from Barahapokhari Rural Municipality, Khotang, the vacancy was to be filled. Accordingly, Asmita Gharti, a resident of Narharinath-3, Kalikot (Roll No. 1197), who is ranked number 1 (one) on the alternate merit list, has been recommended for permanent appointment to Barahapokhari Rural Municipality, Khotang.
Alternate Recommendation for Nayab Subba Post (Provincial Civil Service)
According to Notice No. 361/082-083, under the Provincial Civil Service, Advertisement No. 5501/2081-82 (Open), Provincial Administration Service, General Administration group, Assistant Level Fifth Level, Nayab Subba post, the previously recommended candidate Tapendra Upadhyay joined another post, leaving the position vacant.
The Commission stated that the post was filled as per the demand from the Ministry of Drinking Water, Irrigation and Energy, Koshi Province.
For the Nayab Subba post, the alternate merit list candidate ranked No. 1 (one) was eligible only for the Accounts group, and the candidate ranked No. 2 (two) had already been recommended from the alternate list for a post under the same advertisement. Therefore, Sabin Karki, a resident of Aamchok-2, Bhojpur (Roll No. 10678), who is ranked No. 3 (three) on the alternate merit list, has been recommended for permanent appointment to the Ministry of Drinking Water, Irrigation and Energy, Biratnagar, the Commission stated.
