Koshi Province PSC Recommends Alternate Kharidar for Bhotkhola

The Province Public Service Commission, Koshi Province has recommended an alternate candidate for appointment to the Kharidar post under the Local Government Service. A new candidate has been selected from the alternate list for the vacant position after the main candidate previously recommended was appointed elsewhere to a higher post.
According to the Commission, information was received from Bhotkhola Rural Municipality, Sankhuwasabha, that Bipin Kumar Yadav, recommended for the Kharidar post under Advertisement No. 4506/2081-82 (Madhesi), had been appointed to a higher post and had left. On this basis, the notice states that Yadav’s name has been removed from the merit list and the candidate placed first in the alternate merit order has been recommended.
The Commission stated that this decision was made in accordance with Section 39(2) of the Province Public Service Commission Act, 2076 and Rule 44(1) of the Province Public Service Commission Regulation, 2081. The decision to recommend the newly selected candidate for permanent appointment at Bhotkhola Rural Municipality, Sankhuwasabha was made on 2082 Magh 21.
Dhiraj Sharma, a resident of Aurahi-1, Dhanusha District, has been recommended from the alternate list. The previously recommended candidate, Bipin Kumar Yadav, was also a resident of Dhanusha District, from Mukhiya Patti Musharniya-6.
