Koshi PSC Recommends Alternative Candidate for Forester Post

The Koshi Province Public Service Commission has recommended an alternative candidate for permanent appointment to the post of Forester under the Provincial Forest Service, General Forestry Group, Assistant Level Fourth Level. The recommendation was made to fill the vacancy created after the main candidate took appointment in another post.
As per the Commission’s decision dated 2082.10.11, an alternative candidate from the alternative list has been recommended for the vacant position.
Recommendation Details
According to Commission Notice No. 351/2082–083, under Advertisement No. 4028/2081–82 (Open), based on the result published on 2082.08.08 (Notice No. 252/2082–83), the main candidate ranked Merit Order No. 2, Ankit Chaudhary (Roll No. 224), was found to have taken appointment in another post.
In order to fill the vacant post, the Commission stated that it received a request from the Ministry of Tourism, Forest and Environment, Koshi Province, and accordingly recommended an alternative candidate in accordance with the law.
Legal Basis
The Commission has stated that, as per the provisions of the Province Public Service Commission Act, 2076 and the Commission Regulations, 2081, the candidate placed in Alternative Merit Order No. 1 has been recommended for permanent appointment.
