New recommendation from the alternate list after the recommended candidate showed unwillingness to join

The Public Service Commission, Kathmandu Office, has recommended an alternate candidate for the Nayab Subba post under the Nepal Judicial Service, Judicial Group. The Commission made a new recommendation after the candidate previously recommended for permanent appointment submitted an application stating unwillingness to assume the post.
Under the Commission’s Advertisement No. 11902/081-82 (Women), Non-Gazetted First Class (Non-Technical), Kalawati Kumari Bhatt of Dadeldhura, ranked 1 in the merit order, had been recommended for appointment at the Supreme Court. However, as she appeared in person and submitted an application with identification stating that she was unwilling to go to the post, her name has been removed from the merit order list.
For the same vacant post, it has been decided to recommend Parwati Sharma of Dang, who is ranked first in the alternate merit order list under the same advertisement, for permanent appointment. As per the Commission’s decision dated 2082/11/01, Sharma has been recommended for appointment at the Supreme Court, Ramshahpath.

The name of the previously recommended candidate, Kalawati Kumari Bhatt, has been removed from the candidate list.

Parwati Sharma, ranked 1 in the alternate merit order, has been recommended for appointment.
