Koshi Province Public Service Commission Recommends Alternate Candidate for Medical Record Supervisor
New recommendation from the alternate list after the previous candidate was appointed to another post

The Province Public Service Commission, Koshi Province, has recommended an alternate candidate for the post of Medical Record Supervisor under the Health Service. This new recommendation has been made for the Assistant Level, Fifth Level post under Advertisement No. 5054/2081-82 (Open).
Earlier, as per the notice dated Kartik 16, 2082, Ramu Kathayat, who was ranked first in the merit order, had been recommended for permanent appointment. Since Kathayat joined another post, the Commission proceeded with a new process after receiving a letter from the Ministry of Health, Koshi Province requesting the recommendation of an alternate candidate.
In accordance with Section 39(2) of the Province Public Service Commission Act, 2076 and Rule 44(1) of the Regulations, 2081, the Commission’s decision dated Magh 1, 2082 removed the previous candidate’s name from the list. It was decided to recommend the candidate ranked 1 in the alternate merit order under the same advertisement for appointment.
According to the new recommendation, Nandaram Ghimire, a resident of Dhurkot-7, Gulmi District, has been recommended to the Ministry of Health, Koshi Province for permanent appointment. Along with this, the Commission has stated that the name of Ramu Kathayat of Surkhet, who was previously recommended, has been removed from the merit-order list.
The name of the previously recommended candidate, Ramu Kathayat, a resident of Surkhet, has been removed from the merit-order list.
Nandaram Ghimire, ranked first in the alternate merit order, has been recommended for appointment.
The candidate has been recommended to the Ministry of Health, Koshi Province for permanent appointment.
This decision has been made in accordance with the provisions of the Province Public Service Commission Act, 2076 and the Regulations, 2081.
